THE UNORTHODOX METHOD WITH JIM HOSTON

Reading Time: 2 minutes

The Creative Process Podcast has just released its very first episode, and it is a must-see! In this episode, I interview the incredible realistic painter and educator: Jim Hoston.

Jim Hoston is not your average artist; he is unorthodox, and both his style and approach to being an artist are unique. He hails from the great city of New York, and in this podcast, he shares his paintings and philosophy towards the creative process.

I also happen to be Hoston’s former student from art school, when I attended the Art Institute of Boston at Lesley University. For me, this has made this episode extra fun as we discuss and explore Hoston’s life as an artist. We talk about his background and how he discovered his incredible talent for art through his mother and uncle, who were both artists.

And that’s not all! We also delve into Hoston’s “aha moment”, which came when he realized he could compete with other artists. This podcast is not only informative but also exciting and inspiring.

So, what are you waiting for? Check out the Creative Process Podcast now, and be sure to share it with your friends. Don’t forget to leave a comment below to let us know what you think!
