It’s quick, easy, and ensures you’re always in the know.

Quick Whitelisting Instructions:

For Gmail Users:

  1. Open your Gmail and head over to ‘Settings’ by clicking the gear icon.
  1. Select ‘See all settings’, go to ‘Filters and Blocked Addresses’ and click on ‘Create a new filter’
  1. In the ‘From’ field, type my email address and click ‘Create filter’.
  1. Check ‘Never send it to Spam’ and click ‘Create filter’.

For Yahoo Mail Users:

  1. Click the ‘Settings’ icon, then ‘More Settings’ from the Yahoo Mail menu.
  1. Select ‘Filters’ and hit ‘Add new filters’.
  1. Name your filter, enter my email address in the ‘From’ field, and make sure ‘Inbox’ is selected in the drop-down menu.
  1. Save the filter to keep my emails visible.

For Outlook Users:

  1. Navigate to ‘Settings’, then ‘View all Outlook settings’.
  1. Go to ‘Mail’, choose ‘Junk email’, and then ‘Safe senders and domains’.
  1. Enter my email address and click ‘Add’ to ensure my emails always arrive in your inbox.

For Apple Mail Users:

  1. Open my email, click on my email address at the top of the email, and select ‘Add to Contacts’.
  1. My email will now appear in your contacts, which helps in keeping my emails from going to your junk folder.

Not Seeing My Emails?

If you’ve followed these steps and are still missing out on my communications, check your spam folder. Sometimes, even the best emails find their way there. If you find an email from me in spam, please mark it as “Not spam” or “Never block this sender” to move me back into your inbox.
